Travis' iPod Store maintains an iPod Help Bot (named Sam) on the AOL Instant Messenger service. To talk to our bot, say "hi" (without quotations) to AOL screen name "iPodHelpBot" (without quotations).
From there, follow Sam's directions for the specific topic you need help with.
Occasionally, iPodHelpBot is not available. This could be for maintenence, server rebooting, or other technical reasons. Try again later if he is not available.
